Teachers need to learn how they can prepare a teaching plan for their students through which they can enhance their learning outcomes. Most of the teachers have ensured that they have a significant amount of learning experience, which could be changed when the students' learning styles get changed. It has been observed that students are more attracted to self-centered learning in which they get a chance to learn through their own experiences (Weimer, 2013). According to Weimer’s learner-centered approach, a teacher always empowers the students to take responsibility for their learning and use the course content through which they can develop their learning skills.
